We ask that all guests arrive at the dock at least thirty minutes before the printed sailing time so the crew can fit life jackets and run the safety talk without delay.

Booking ahead is strongly recommended, especially on summer weekends, holidays, and for the evening illumination cruises, which sell out first. Same-day walk-ups are welcome when a spare seat is open, but we cannot guarantee a place without a reservation.
It depends on the run. Falls view tours and whirlpool jet drifts are wet by design, so we issue ponchos and dry bags. Gorge hikes and evening cruises keep you mostly dry, and the winter lights runs are fully enclosed and heated. Either way, a change of layer is a good idea.
You can move or cancel without charge up to twenty-four hours before your sailing. Within twenty-four hours, we refund in the form of a credit for a future date. Weather cancellations are entirely free and can be rebooked at any time.
